Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Returns I hope that you will be very happy with your purchases, but if you are not, please contact me within 14 working days of receiving your item. I will do my best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If it is not possible to resolve the issue, please return the item to me within 30 days of you receiving it. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, it will not be possible to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. However, due to the nature of certain items, UNLESS they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for: - Custom/ bespoke or personalised items - Items on sale - Earrings (for hygiene reasons) - Gift Cards If you are returning an item over £50, please use a trackable shipping service, eg Special Delivery within the UK, or purchase shipping insurance. For UK returns, customers should be aware that Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery does not insure jewellery. All valid refunds will be paid via the original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will include the cost of the item and the original shipping cost. Return postage and any charges made by customs on international orders are non-refundable. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item. In the case of a return that has not been received, refunds will not be given and you will therefore need to claim from the company/courier you shipped with. Please ensure you use appropriate shipping when returning an item. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days of my receiving the item. Silver (sterling and fine) will tarnish over time unless it is cleaned regularly. Jewellery that has tarnished is not faulty and will not qualify for a refund on that basis alone. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.
