Welcome Rustic Country Style Crafts. Surely this is the best book to be read to children around the world on Christmas eve. The excitement. The laughing. The screeching (only children can do) and mums and dads trying to calm them down with reading them a very special story. 'Twas the night before Christmas' is probably be the book they will reach for.
Using an old paperback novel which I recovered with festive fabric inserted into the centre the lovely photo of Santa and poem which I printed onto cotton fabric. And as the story goes .... when all through the house, not a creature was stirring not even a mouse .... a sleeping mouse has been added. The sleeping mouse was made using felt and dressed using Homespun cotton fabric. The lace on her hat has been 'aged' using tea-stain to give her the look of times gone past. Artificial Christmas roses sitting on beds of dried moss have been added along with a twisted silver ribbon book mark. This book will come with an MDF stand which will easily let it be displayed on a slight angle.
A beautiful unique keepsake addition to your festive collection.
