This is a piece I've been working on for a while, and the idea came during a reiki self treatment. I wanted to encapsulate in a piece of jewellery the pluses and minuses of our life journey so that it reminds us to always look for the gold in any situation. Also, as a Reiki Master, symbolism is very important to me. I hope you like this just as it is!

Full description
This bead embroidered pendant is full of symbolism. I've called it Path of Life as it represents the path we all negotiate through our lives. The path itself is composed of crystal cupchain, glued and stitched onto magenta bead backing. On one side of the path are flowers and a butterfly, made of metal beads and seed beads all stitched onto the background. The other side of the path represents the obstacles we can face in life, made up of semi precious chips including howlite and rose quartz. In amongst the 'rocks' are glimpses of gold to remind us that even in difficult times you can find something positive. You may notice that the chips almost obstruct the path at a couple of points. The whole piece is set within a copper tray and the pendant comes with a 1 metre long length of magenta faux suede cord, so you can tie it at a length to suit you. The pendant measures 5cm in length and is 2.8cm wide.
This will come to you lovingly packaged in a gift box and will be sent Royal Mail First Class in secure packaging.
