I am taking some time off for Christmas and to go on a trip to Sweden. I will be reopening my shop on the 13th January. Please note that because of the recent European GPSR regulations I only post to the mainland UK (not Northern Ireland - sorry)
I created four prints based on the work of John Clappison who designed for Hornsea Pottery for many years of his career. The mug in this print is my version of his brilliant Newsprint Owl, which he designed in the 1970s. The flowers in the mug are borage. This is one of the two night paintings in the my John Clappison trubute series.

I painted these borage flowers in an owl mug inspired by the brilliant ceramic designer John Clappison, who worked for Hornsea Pottery from the 1950s until the mid-80s. The mug sits on a windowsill with moonlit mountains in the background.
