Over the years I have collected a MASS of art and craft supplies. I struggle to throw things away as in the back of my mind I know I'll find a use for them.
This rubber bubble matt material is one of those items I acquired a LONG time ago without knowing how I'd use it :D
With my new Windsor & Newton promarkers I've made a range of heart designs and the colours on the clear plastic just 'pop' when I've mounted them on cards. The bubble surface also reminds me of pop art illustrations.

Rubber bubble textured Pride Flag heart coloured with Winsor & Newton promarkers and mounted on white card stock.
Blank inside for your own personal message making them suitable for most occasions.
