Ladybird books and listening to stories was a huge part of my childhood. If you grew up in the UK during the 1960's and 1970's you were likely to have experienced these books at home or at school. I have turned a tatty and once loved book into bunting and given a new life to some wonderful illustrations.

Full description
A long length of paper bunting made from an entire vintage Ladybird book - 'The Bunney-Fluffs' Moving Day'. A story of a rabbit family and their friends.
There are 25 triangular flags measuring 10cm x 17cm hung 2cm apart. The colour images are of the face and the story with line drawings on the reverse. The bunting is 360cm in length which includes 30cm each end for tying. The flags are stitched around with green thread which gives some strength to the paper and I have used bright green binding. This enhances the wonderful colour of the illustrations.
A great gift for a vintage inspired nursery or playroom, for someone who loves the Ladybird book series and illustrations.
