You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
This handmade greeting card is carefully packaged in a protective cellophane bag to keep it clean and fresh and free of fingerprints or other marks. The card is therefore not eligible for return once you have taken it out of the cellophane bag.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This is a lovely luxury 3D greeting card for anyone who loves balloons!
The design is a lovely present all wrapped up. A huge bunch of helium balloons is tied to the present, all in floral designs. Butterflies are fluttering around them too.
There is a poem on the front that is foiled and it says:
Now's the time to celebrate,
Now's the time to cheer!
Sending you my very best,
Today and through the year!
Gems and lots of foiling complete the design.
The card has a blank insert on the inside and there is plenty of room for you to write your own special message.
Size: Large 7x7 inches
This card comes with a free envelope to match the size of the card, and it is packaged in a free protective clear bag to keep it fresh and clean.
