Full description
Beautiful badger admiring the starry night is painted in artist acrylics on a smooth river stone. Each of these is unique because I have to paint directly on the stone without making a preliminary drawing. The stone dictates what it wants on it!
The stone is approximately 7cm x 5cm and 2cm deep. Since it's a natural product there are cracks, pits and flaws on the surface. I make every effort to photograph these as accurately as I can but colours can appear differently on different monitors and devices.
