I've been knitting and crocheting tea cosies for many years. This is one of my favourites, there are so many ways to decorate a country cottage.

A quirky country cottage tea cosy for a tea for one or two teapot. Knitted in Christmas colours of red, green and white with a grey roof.
A welcoming door with two windows on one side with hand embroidered flower border. Just one window on the other side and a scattering of hand embroidered flowers.
A chimney sits on top of the roof.
The body is knitted using two strands of red acrylic yard. The roof is white acrylic yarn . The door, windows and flowers are crochet using acrylic yarn.
This tea cosy will bring a smile at Christmas time with every cup of tea for yourself or a guest.
Each time I make this tea cosy it is different. Different colours, different yarn - I use left over yarn from previous projects to make all my cosies. You will receive the cosy shown in the photos.
It will fit a small one or two cup tea pot.
