All my items are packaged and delivered in non-bleached Kraft paper/cardboard material, made from recycled content and recyclable, and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (tracking number available upon request). An upgrade to Tracked 24 is for sale in my shop.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Stained glass "Hop Vine" in swirly brown-green glass. Features arial roots created in wire. Approximately 36 cm high, ideal for vases of 14-18 cm. You can cut the stem with kitchen scissors, and use uncooked rice in your vase to hold the stem in place.
Being handmade, your stem will differ slightly from the photos as the glass shapes are cut entirely freehand replicating the variation seen in nature. The solder around the glass has a black patina, and the wire stem has a variegated gun-metal patina.
Will be wrapped and presented as per the photo (with no invoices), so is suitable to be sent direct to the recipient as a gift, just let me know what to write on the gift tag!
Sent Royal Mail Tracked 48; please note there will be a bend in the stem (for postage), just apply gentle pressure either side of the bend to straighten.
