Welcome to Rudy & the Rowan Tree - home to my experiments in wood, pattern and colour.
Handcrafted and made (very) slow in Scotland.
In my quest to make low-waste, experimental work, I have used left-over pieces of wood from another project to create these one of a kind necklaces. It was also my first time using a UV printer (in the past I have always screen-printed or hand-painted wood) and I think the results are really different and effective...I hope you agree!

Full description
This one of a kind wooden arc pendant has been UV printed with splashes of pastel colour and is lightweight and easy to wear. The printed surface adds a satin finish to the wood which changes depending on the light, creating a completely unique accessory...I have tried to photograph it in different lights to give you an idea!
The arc part measures approx 4.9cm across and including the antique bronze chain the necklace measures approx 45cm, so it will sit more or less on the collar bone.
