A beautiful green onyx and sterling silver wirework moon pendant.
Made from recycled silver, the pendant is handcrafted by weaving delicate sterling silver wire on a thicker sterling silver base, creating an intricate design inspired by the crescent phases of the moon.
Adorning the centre of the pendant is a breathtaking faceted green onyx briolette, delicately wire-wrapped with fine silver wire. Its rich, verdant hue adds a pop of color and radiance. Green onyx, traditionally associated with July birthdays, is also the birthstone for the star sign of Leo and the anniversary stone for the 7th wedding anniversary, making it a thoughtful birthday or anniversary gift.
The pendant has been oxidised, darkening the silver and giving it an aged effect. The subsequent polishing reveals the intricate wirework and adds a touch of luminosity to the piece. It hangs gracefully from a recycled 18-inch sterling silver chain and measures approximately 3cm long.
