The meditation eye pillow is made of smooth 100% linen and hand printed with original linocut designs using eco friendly inks on to natural 100% linen fabric. Eye pillow is filled with organic flaxseeds/linseeds and dried lavender. The pillow has gorgeous, intense and fresh smell.
This meditation eye pillow is created with wellbeing and self care in mind, with hope that it will stimulate your spiritual life and hopefully inspire you to take better care of yourself and each other.
The eye pillow can be used during meditation or at the end of a yoga session during savasana pose for a deeper relief or can be a perfect stress relief after a long day or a long haul flight. It helps relief headache and aids sleep.
The pillow can also be used for all over body application, warm to relax or sooth muscles or reduce swelling and relieve headaches when cooled down.
Cooling: Place the pillow in the freezer for 10-20 mins
Warming: 60 min on a radiator or 20-30 seconds in a microwave.

19cmx 8cm.
The outer cover is removable and can be washed in washing machine at 30 degrees.
The inner cover is 100% linen.
Due to the process of hand printing, there may be minor differences in colour and print placement, but this makes each and eye pillow unique.
