Seaglass, shells and driftwood have been put together to make a hanging “Suncatcher” decoration for indoors on a window or for outdoors hanging from a tree, bush, post as a garden ornament.
The materials were collected from Withernsea beach in East Yorkshire. The driftwood has been bleached before using and the seaglass, pottery pieces & shells washed in detergent then rinsed to remove the salt deposits.
Suncatcher A has approx 15.5 & 17inch hangers and suncatcher B has approx 16inch hangers. Please indicate which suncatcher you would like when ordering.
The items will be posted out using small parcel post. If purchased together, there is no extra charge.

Making suncatchers is always dependant on finding driftwood, the quirkier, the better. The materials that hang from the wood are pieces that I think are lovely and representative of the local beach offerings, but are not pieces that I would choose for making jewellery, due to their perfect imperfections. I always try to use anything I have picked up from the beach.
