Inspired by my love of Victorian and Edwardian dolls and playthings of the past, I endeavour to make dolls of character for collectors.

Full description
Madeleine is a beautiful doll inspired by Victorian china originals. She is entirely hand made with individually modelled clay shoulder head, lower arms and legs attached to a calico body. She is 31cm tall and wears lace trimmed cotton drawers and petticoat and a delicate printed cotton dress in warm russet red. Her features are hand painted, as are her little black shoes. Her hair is modelled into a bun at the back. She is for collectors only and not suitable as a toy.
