You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This floral card has a central rectangular topper with an image of a soft pink watercolour style rose on a cream and white background, edged with metalic silver swirls.
A pink organza ribbon has been wrapped from top to bottom around the topper before it has been mounted onto a complementary background card in shades of pink.
An oblong message with a matching rose and silver swirl detail and the greeting Happy Birthday has been added to complete the design.
A strip of matching pink patterned card has been added across the centre of the inside of the card for a finished look.
The card measures 15cm square and is supplied with a white envelope and inside a clear poly bag. It will be posted to you by 1st class post within 24 hours of your payment in a board backed envelope for protection
