This is an experimental print which has a very limited print run. It's an image of the inside and outside of a mussel shell or need in white on blue lokta paper. I'm selling these as seconds just because I get didn't turn out how ai wanted.

Mussel Shell Linocut Print - SECOND
This print features two mussel shells in white on blue lokta paper.
This print is 5 x 7 inches.
Printed using Hawthorn Printmakers vegetable oil based inks on acid free 60 gsm lokta paper.
Sold unframed and unmounted.

Each design is created using hand carved plate of lino carved with specialist tools and printed with a hand wound press. Every print is unique and completely individual due to its handmade nature. It's always so satisfying peeling back to paper to reveal to final print.
What is a second? This is a print which has slight imperfections. It may also be an experimental print which the artist decided not to progress to the edition stage.
