This print is inspired by the Tawny owl who lives in the tree behind my house. It's full of pigeons and I'm sure they keep the poor thing awake, as we often hear him throughout the day. As such he's been dubbed Noisy Neville.
We also hear Neville and other owls calling to eachother on a night, and have heard baby owls too!

Printed using Hawthorn Printmakers vegetable oil based inks on acid free 140 gsm paper made from recycled paper cups.
Available in indigo.
Sold unframed and unmounted.

Limited edition of 60 prints, variable edition (variable refers to a range of colours).
Each design is created using hand carved plate of lino carved with specialist tools and printed with a hand wound press. Every print is unique and completely individual due to its handmade nature. It's always so satisfying peeling back to paper to reveal to final print.
Using traditional lino, vegetable oil based inks and recycled paper is a conscious decision to make my craft more eco friendly.
