Date unknown, but the styling is pure 1980s.

The item shows signs of wear, having clearly been used a number of times and stored for many years.
The listed price reflects this.
There is a sticker from the original retailer in the front and there are some pen marks on the inside. The pattern has also been handled quite a bit and there are some marks from bending.
