This necklace is a true one off. I was looking at a piece of 'scrap' cigarette case and saw the blank cartouche was a pretty shape. I cut round it, filed it down, polished it and imprinted a leaf pattern on both sides. I enjoy making jewellery from bent or damaged silver retro items as they have had a life and usually have some great engine turned patterns. It also saves silver from being taken out of the ground at huge risk to the workers and the environment.

Full description
This silver, leaf printed necklace was made from the blank cartouche in the centre of a Birmingham 1906 cigarette case. It measures approx. 3.5cms by 3.3cms and comes on a silver chain measuring 18 inches/46cms.
