There have been glassworks in Alloa since the 1700s. The current glassworks contain Scotland's only remaining glass cone. Right next to my studio, the myriad shapes and angles provide lots of inspiration and ideas.

Full description
A beautifully soft lambswool scarf, handwoven on a dobby loom in Alloa, Scotland.
The scarf is long enough to fold lengthwise and loop around your neck.
Each scarf is woven individually. Both ends of the scarf are finished by hand using a technique called hem stitching. This gives a neat and secure edge.
