These eye pillows are weighted, filled with natural linseed and lavender buds.
Each pillow measures approximately 22 cms wide and 9 cms high. It weighs around 150 grams.
This item is suitable for all styles of yoga, breath work, meditation practice and general relaxation.
By gently moulding to the face, it blocks out the day light and releases a calming lavender fragrance.
Use it at home for relaxation, meditation or to induce sleep. It can also help to reduce eye puffiness.
The cover is 100% Cotton , removable and washable.
To refresh the fragrance, dab a few drops of lavender essential oil onto the inner bag. Do not wash the inner bag.
The inner bag is made from calico fabric and contains the linseed and the lavender buds.
