Please be aware that there are delays with post due to Royal Mail strikes. I have started to add PDF patterns to my shop so you can sew your own, I will email these to you. Let me know if there is a pattern you would like and can't see in my shop.

I hate the plastic ID holders you get given at work! They are either flimsy and break, or they are heavy and clunky. These fabric ones are soft, strong and light. I love making them, and now I have made a pattern so anyone can make one.. or two!

Horizontal ID holder Sewing Pattern. See both sides of the card or slip 2 cards in back to back.

This pattern will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

Print out at home onto A4 or US letter size paper. Due to the nature of the delivery there are NO RETURNS, so please read the listing carefully and ask any questions prior to purchase.

NO PHYSICAL ITEM WILL BE SEND TO YOU.

MATERIALS NEEDED:

For the ID Holder -

Main fabric 10cm (4”)

Clear PVC 10cm (4”)

Medium weight fusible interfacing 10cm (4”)

For the Lanyard -

Main fabric 10cm (4”)

fine fusible interfacing 10cm (4”)

Based on having 112cm (44”) wide fabric

Basic sewing equipment, including a sewing machine that will do straight and zig zag

Teflon foot (or masking tape)

For the lanyard -

Swivel Lobster clasp

Breakaway Clasp

A long ruler

SKILL:

You will need to have made a few simple things already on your sewing machine, and have an understanding of reading patterns.
