Shipping and Turnaround Times
These items are made to order and will be ready for dispatch within 14 working days, however, I am always really happy to accommodate a tighter deadline if you need your item sooner so please just send me a message so that I can prioritise your order for you and have it to you in time for your special occasion!
I use Royal Mail as my courier of choice and to keep costs down for my customers all items are shipped using 2nd class post unless the express postage option is requested, in which case I use Next Day Special Delivery via Royal Mail.

Whilst these animals start their life out as children’s toys, once accessorised, they are no longer intended for this purpose. The hand made nature of these products may pose a choking hazard, therefore, your new party animals are to be used for display purposes only.

There are just 5 of these Boo Pandas available and they will never be made again so they truly are limited edition and a collectors item!
