I designed and made this wallhanging for the Glasgow Quilt Festival Competition - New Beginnings. I adore the fabric range and it was just perfect to tell the story of the new arrival.

The sweetest little wallhanging for a new baby's Nursery.
Based on the well loved book, Guess How Much I Love You, the Clothworks fabric range features illustrations by Anita Jeram in the most soothing, pastel shades.
Nutbrown Hare is expecting a new arrival and the stork is on its way.
All the preparations have been made, the bunting is hanging and there is even a little patchwork quilt and pram for the new addition to the family.
With a layer of natural wadding in the centre, the wallhanging has then been quilted in a variety of styles to add to the overall effect.
It would look beautiful on a Nursery Wall and the pastel colours make it suitable for a boy or a girl.
Measuring 21" (54cm) square, it has its own pocket on the back for a hanging rod.
A special gift for a precious little one which says "Guess How Much I Love You."
