An adjustable eye mask that will fit anyone is what I wanted. I use mine when I have a headache or need a nap. Children find them useful when they can't sleep due to bright lights, and they are great for travelling.

Full description
Sleep mask Sewing pattern. There are two sizes, both are adjustable. The child size will fit a child aged 3-8 years, the Universal size will fit older children, men and women.
This pattern will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
Print out at home onto A4 or US letter size paper. Due to the nature of the delivery there are NO RETURNS, so please read the listing carefully and ask any questions prior to purchase.

MATERIALS NEEDED:
Main fabric 15cm (6”)
Lining fabric 15cm (6”)
Inner fabric 15cm (6”)
Elastic (I use 1.5cm wide) 0.5m (20”)
2 Tri Sliders to fit elastic
Basic sewing equipment, including a sewing machine, there is a small amount of hand sewing, but you could leave this bit off if necessary.
I recommend quilting weight cotton for the outer fabrics. For the layer inside - I use old woollen jumpers (washed) as it is so soft, but you could use wadding, or a soft thicker fabric.
SKILL:
Beginner level: It would be helpful if you have made a few simple things already on your sewing machine.
