This No7:2 design originates from a cross back apron I designed for my first range, which had long adjustable tie straps. Soon craftspeople asked for custom versions, potters and jewellery makers asked for a split leg skirt and tool loop etc. The set of wide pockets were set at waist height so that they would be easily accessable when the wearer is seated.
Working in my studio in hilly-leafy South-East London, I make aprons in small batches using cotton canvas, denim or drill - fabrics that are natural, washable and durable. Careful attention to detail, strength of construction and beautiful stitching result in a quality of finish simply not possible in mass production. I cut fabric economically, minimising waste and saving the small remnants to make one-of-a-kind bags for my ‘Boro Collection’.

NEW SIZE - MADE TO ORDER. A beautifully designed split leg apron for taller people! Made specifically for potters, painters and makers, the split front allows plenty of movement while ensuring each leg is covered when sitting at a potters wheel or a work bench. Adjustable straps mean you can re-tie to fit over extra layers of jumpers in a chilly studio! A row of pockets are set at tummy height for easy access when seated and there's a bib pocket for small tools/pencils, with a further large patch pocket on one side of the skirt. Choose one of two hardwearing fabrics, ochre canvas or fine stripe denim. Beautifully sewn, thoughtfully designed and made-to-last, these aprons are highly specialised craftspersons workwear.

SIZE: UNISEX TALL height approx 5'10"-6'4" (177cm-193cm). Length 105cm bib top to hem, 31cm across bib top, 107cm apron skirt width when laid flat.
FABRIC & CARE: Machine washable 30C, slow spin. Do not tumble dry. 100% cotton canvas and denim. Soft cotton-feel acrylic herringbone tape.
