I just love the Dream Big Dahlia panels and quilting each petal individually allows you to be so creative.

Full description
I just love the Dream Big Dahlia 100% cotton panels and this one has a purple centre and light to dark teal outer petals, I have free motion embroidered the edge of each petal and added a design within each one. I have quilted hearts, scrolls, feathers, shells and swirls please see the photos. I have added a duck egg colour 100% cotton border approximately 44cm wide around each edge and free motion embroidered leaves and finished this quilt with eau de Nil colour satin bias binding hand sewn to the back.
The whole quilt is approximately 197 cm by 197 cm and is shown on a King size bed in the photos. This could be suitable for a double or king size bed depending on how much overhang you would like. The flower itself is approximately 111 cm by 111 cm
I have used the same duck egg 100% cotton for the back and you can see the quilting, please see the photos.
The wadding is good quality 80% cotton 20% polyester no resins or glues by Bosal.
Washable at a gentle 30 degrees, do not tumble dry. Line dry or dry in an airing cupboard.
