Full description
This picture of two felted sheep was made using organic undyed British wool, and one of the sheep stands atop a natural beach pebble which was found on a Norfolk beach. I love knitting, and I usually have lots of small bits of wool left over from my projects, so I love making pictures with the wool. The faces of the sheep are made from copper offcuts from my jewellery making, I've then naturally oxidised the copper which turns it black. They are mounted on recycled watercolour paper with ink and watercolour grass.
The square frame is pencil grey and measures 20cm. It can be free standing but it also has a hook on the back for wall hanging.
