Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) is a service whereby duties are handled by Royal Mail and the overseas delivery partner so that the recipient does not incur any additional cost at the doorstep. Instead, VAT and duties are calculated and collected at the point of sale and paid to the relevant tax authorities locally via Royal Mail.
If I overcharge on postage I will refund the excess.

I've been wanting to make some smaller gifts that would suit Bearlescent for quite some time, something I could add embroidery to but without straying too far from the bears. I recently came up with the idea of simple embroidered bears and set about making a couple of prototypes. When a lovely bear customer lost a loved one it dawned on me that a bear hug would have been a nice gift to send in the post. A lightbulb moment later and I was experimenting with ideas I could add to the boxes. Finally deciding on what I wanted to add I spent a few nights and days making cards and verses until I was happy with the final box.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

A unique design wool felt bear, decorated with hand embroidery. Lightly stuffed so he can fit into his handmade paper sleeve and squeeze through a letterbox.
A little wool felt hand embroidered hanging heart, stuffed with a sprinkling of dried lavender.
A hand made teddy bear card, left blank for your own use (I will add the message to this if you want me to send direct to a loved one)
A choice of 3 unique design verses, please state which option you require from the drop down options button and by referring to the numbers on the photographs.
3cm wooden teddy bear which is easily detached from the paper.
Wrapped in white tissue and finished with my wooden handmade tag,
Posted in a plain brown box, I intentionally left the box blank so that the recipient will have a lovely surprise on opening it.
