Last orders for Christmas midday on 17th December, to be dispatched on 18th. Orders placed between 14th and 17th December will be dispatched with RM tracked 24 as standard (no uneed to pay to upgrade), and I am aiming to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of ordering too! Last physical orders will be dispatched on 18th. I have also added a pin email gift voucher option if you miss the deadline!
Orders placed after 17th December will continue to be dispatched in 3 working days, but are unlikely to arrive until after Christmas.

My soaps have all been safety assessed by a cosmetic chemist and comply with UK cosmetics regulations. I am also a member of the Guild of Craft Soap and Toiletry Makers.
Standard postage for orders of individual soaps is Royal Mail 2nd class, applied at checkout. Gift box prices include Royal Mail 2nd class postage as standard, with an option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for a small additional fee.
Please contact me before ordering if you have any questions about postage or dispatch times (if you’re in a hurry, we may be able to dispatch the order sooner, but please check first).
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

The fresh fragrance soap gift box contains three bars of natural handmade soap scented with zesty, herbal and fresh essential oils (baubles not included!)
A perfect gift for anyone who’s a fan of zingy blends, likes natural skincare products, and prefers a more eco-friendly option!
The box includes one bar each of Simply Lemongrass, Refreshing and Uplifting soaps, with herbal and citrusy scents!
All soaps are made with high quality raw natural ingredients, and all fragrances are from essential oils. You can check out the full list of ingredients in each of the soaps by checking out the individual soap descriptions.
Each gift is tied with a ribbon (precise ribbon may vary from that shown, but will always be plastic free), and supplied with a hand stamped gift card and envelope. I can write a short message in the card for you, or it can be left blank for you to personalise!
2nd class postage is included in the price.
