My products have all been safety assessed by a cosmetic chemist and comply with UK cosmetics regulations. I am also a member of the Guild of Craft Soap and Toiletry Makers.
Standard postage for orders of individual items is Royal Mail 2nd class, applied at checkout. Gift box prices include Royal Mail 2nd class postage as standard, with an option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for a small additional fee.
Please contact me before ordering if you have any questions about postage or dispatch times (if you’re in a hurry, we may be able to dispatch the order sooner, but please check first).
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Struggling to decide which fragrances to buy for a loved one? Buy a gift voucher instead, and the recipient can choose for themselves!
Available to the value of £10 or £20 (select value when you add to basket)
Can either be emailed to you or the recipient (great choice if your short on time!), or be sent as a physical voucher in a gift card to you or the recipient for a small additional fee.
Gift vouchers can be personalised with the recipients name and a short message, if you’d like me to do this, please add the details in the comments box when your place your order.

Voucher is valid for 6 months from date of purchase (the expiry date will be written on the voucher)
Voucher can be used as payment in full, or part payment if selecting a higher value item
Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given
