I love to grow food, using herbs for remedies and cultivating herbs-make concoctions, tinctures, tea infusions. My friends were always asking me about what herb was the best thing for this or that ailment so I decided to paint a basic chart for everdyday maladies with the most popular herbs that often we all have in the kitchen.
