Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
All flowers and foliage are left un-preserved as I don't believe in coating naturally biodegradable flowers with a plastic or chemical based sealant. This does mean that over time and with exposure to UV light the foliage and flowers will change colour and/or fade but their shape will remain. Please keep the cards and artwork away from the direct sunlight (UV) and damp atmospheres to help slow down fading. Colours may vary to that on your screen due to lighting and different monitor quality and settings. Returns will not be accepted if cards have been stored incorrectly.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This original artwork is made with pressed flora & foliage from my home studio garden in the Herefordshire countryside. It features a birch bark sun and furry Jerusalem sage trees. The flowers are naturally preserved by pressing them in a flower press for a minimum of 2 weeks until they have dried, a traditional way of preserving flowers with zero chemicals. The handmade paper is made from recycled paper by paper artist 'Pots and Paper by Steph - Find her on Instagram - The quality is unbeatable with beautifully delicate deckled edges.
This piece is one of a kind and measures slightly larger than A5 in size, approx 155 x 210mm.

The flowers are securely glued but should be handled with care. My packaging is minimal to ensure no unnecessary waste of our planets precious commodities and always plastic free & recyclable or compostable.
