Full description

This book is made from 336 pages from a 100% cotton rag paper. If you ever used high cotton rag content paper, you never want to move away from it. - It feels like jeans, but it's a pleasure to write on it with all kinds of pens and pencils. Fountain pen works really well, but so do all techniques that do not wet the paper through.

Approximately half of the pages are completely blank, the other half has been eco dyed and thus has a background pattern to your writing.

Eco- dying is a technique for which I first collected leaves in autumn, sandwiched them between the paper, and steamed it, so that the natural pigment from the leaves, transferred to the paper.

The first page has been decorated so that you do not have to face a blank book and can start right away!

The boards are covered in a slightly greenish-white goatskin, decorated with parchment bits and an eggshell panel.

The binding style is called a Greek binding. The technique allows for the pages to open completely flat.

Page format is approximately A6.
