Welcome to my Folksy shop.
All the items in my shop are handmade by me using 100% recycled sterling silver and genuine semi precious gemstones.
If you see a design you like but would prefer a different gemstone, I can make to order.

Full description
This simple but elegant necklace has been made using an Amethyst tumble stone and sterling silver wire and chain.
The Amethyst crystal is a dark purple in colour with veins of white running through it.
Amethyst is said to be a spiritual crystal which is often used as an aid to meditation. It is also said to help with protection and clearing the energy field of negativity. It is also used as an aid to sleep and to ward off nightmares.
Amethyst is the birthstone of February.
The Amethyst crystal has a flat back and the front is triangular in shape. It measures approximately 25 mm long x 15 mm at the widest point.
There is a wrapped loop at the top of the crystal and a flat circular sterling silver bead with a silver ball at the base.
The tumble stone comes on a small belcher, sterling silver chain measuring approx 40 cm / 16 inches long.
Suitable for everyday wear or to a special occasion, this necklace would make a lovely present, especially for a February birthday or for someone who has an interest in the chakra system, crystals or meditation.
The necklace comes in a gift box with a card explaining the properties and is sent by 2nd class Royal mail postage.
