Due to family commitments, Plum Porridge will be closed for the whole of December this year, which means that the last day I am able to accept orders in 2024 will be FRIDAY 29TH NOVEMBER.
I have lots of good strong fabric in my fabric cupboard and in an effort to get the doors to shut properly (and therefore room to buy more fabric! ), I'm making up a few basic tote bags to sell at £5. All well made and fully lined, these bags are fantastic value for money.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
A basic tote bag made using a furnishing weight fabric with a beautiful print on an Oriental theme. It is faced at the top with the same fabric for a neat and professional look and then lined with beige cotton lining fabric. I have inserted a keyring into one of the inside seams, handy for clipping your keys or purse safely inside.
Measures approximately 31cm across the top, and approximately 34cm high. It has short handles, the loop of each one measures about 38cm. are neatly topstitched along the edges and down the middle. There's a layer of felt inside the handles to make them a bit more comfy, and they are neatly topstitched along the edges and down the centre in beige thread. The upper edge of bag is also topstitched.
This one would fold up nicely to take shopping or go in your suitcase to use on holiday.
This item is ready to ship. I usually send out next day using second class postal service in order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, so if you would prefer first class, please get in touch. It will be wrapped in new tissue paper, whilst I will use recycled outer packaging when I can. I'll combine postage on multiple purchases if possible, so please see my other items and excellent reviews.
