Tiger's Eye (also called Tiger's-Eye, Tiger Eye, Tigers Eye or Tiger Iron) is a popular member of the Quartz family that is usually amber to golden-brown, with a silky lustre, and displays 'chatoyancy', or 'cat's eye'- the characteristic vertical flash when it catches the light.
In ancient Egypt, the stone was believed to be all-seeing, and was used for the eyes of deities.
Roman soldiers wore it in battle in the belief it would give them the courage and strength of a tiger.
It is still regarded as a stone of courage, strength and vitality.

Dainty stretch bracelet made from 4mm Tiger Eye interspersed with Gold Lip shell heishi beads and embellished with gold Hematite.
The Tiger's Eye are a lovely golden brown with good chatoyancy.
Gold Lip shell is a type of oyster, and these Heishi-style beads are a lovely creamy-golden colour in irregular sizes.
The Hematite beads are a dark, antique-gold colour which blend well with the Tigers Eye whilst adding a subtle shine.
This versatile bracelet measures approximately 7 inches (17.5cm).
Your bracelet will be wrapped in tissue and presented in a small organza gift bag.
