I started to create these for my daughters Rowing Club Regatta (Yellow and Black) and loved them so much, I made in a whole range of colours.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Looking for that valentine gift or thank you token? Take a look at this fun, macrame heart keychain/keyring or bag charm that makes a wonderful and unique gift. All items are handmade using 3mm natural cotton cord on a 2cm D clasp. The overall product is 15cm long (including the clasp) with the macrame measuring 11cm in length and 4.5cm at its widest point. These are made extra cute as they can be made in a single colour or any combination of two.
If you don't see the colour you prefer, drop me a message and if I have the cord in stock, I can still parcel your purchase off within the three day timescale :-)
