You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

If for some reasons you do not like the product, please contact me before writing a review to find a suitable solution. I do not accept refund if the reason is misunderstanding of sizes or not receiving by a certain date, we no longer need. All the sizes are set in item details and all the delivery information is in Policies. Please, read all that attentively before placing an order. If you wish to cancel transaction (before the order was made and sent), please, note, that there is non-refundable 10%. If you make your purchase and have not yet received the order, we will only give a refund if you contact us within 24 Hours from your purchase. After that time period even if we haven't started on your order we will NOT cancel it because we have a process to follow. You will get the money back after the package is returned to the seller. While returning parcel, please give the seller a track number. We do not refund payment for delivery, only the cost of the product. In case of returns shipment cost is the buyer's responsibility. The item must be in original condition, not used, original packing must be kept. Refund will be made only after the item arrives back to me. Shipping fees are not refundable, buyer pays for return shipping. Please insure your package if returning. If the package gets lost or damaged, return can not be issued. Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
