The glass in this necklace comes from a now closed Fenton glass factory in Ohio, USA. It was a waste product that was collected during the glass making process. It is cut into beautiful cabochons (domes) by people far cleverer than I and used to make simply beautiful jewellery. It is a great example of jewellery using what could have ended up in landfill. Oh, and the silver is all upcycled too :)

Full description
This beautiful round necklace features a stunning piece of deep red Fenton glass with a dark orange stripe running across. It is set in recycled silver and is strung on a fine silver chain.
The pendant is approx 1.2cm in diameter.
