PACKAGING
Recycled and biodegradable packaging materials will be used whenever possible.
The painting was triggered by the horrors of the war in Ukraine. The dead victims bear silent witness to the atrocities and war crimes. The tree is symbolic of the endurance, strength and courage of the Ukrainian people but also as a witness to the past and present.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Silent Witness is an original framed watercolour painting. Colour and texture have been used to create mood and atmosphere.
30% of the sales money will be donated to the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal
Size: 24 x 33 x 1.5cm (framed) / 11.5 x 17cm (actual image size)
Antique white mount in a dark blue stained wood frame to match the blue used in the painting.
It will be signed and come with a certificate of authenticity.
Please note that the colours of the original may be slightly different to what you see on your screen owing to the varying configurations of individual computer monitors and other equipment.
All watercolour and mixed media paintings are created on heavyweight acid free watercolour paper. All paints used are professional artist's quality. Paintings are mounted in professionally cut acid free conservation mounts.
