Thank you for visiting my Folksy Shop - I design and make unique pieces of jewellery and metal craft based in East Yorkshire.
I am not taking commissions for the foreseeable future.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
To create each unique item of jewellery, I use traditional jewellery making techniques including piercing out shapes with my jewellers saw, filing, soldering, hammering, engraving & metal stamping, breathing life into each piece before polishing and adding patina to enhance detail and adding beautiful gemstones.
Inspired by Greek Mythology and an image I came across, depicted on a vase dating back to c440 BC, this pendant features one of the four stallions pulling the chariot driven by Helios, Greek God of the Sun. Imagine looking up into the sky, seeing Helios and his chariot racing though the sky, stars leaping out of the way for the dawn of a new day - I love mythology! Made in sterling silver I have added a little 9ct gold to represent the sun.
Pendant measures approx 34mm across - please select chain options when purchasing.
Sterling silver with 9ct gold sun. Pendant hallmarked by Sheffield Assay Office.
