I'm trying to be as sustainable as possible by reusing preloved items of clothing and accessories. As the tweed has been woven in Yorkshire it seemed appropriate to add a Yorkshire Rose.

Grey wool flat cap upcycled with the addition of a needle felted Yorkshire Rose Emblem. A unique 'one of a kind' hat to wear showing your love of Yorkshire,
I found this lovely grey tweed cap lying unloved and unwanted and decided to update it by needle felting a decoration. As the wool tweed was woven in Yorkshire I decided what could be better than a Yorkshire Rose!
The tweed flat cap is in very good condition - it doesn't appear to have been worn much.
I've made the Yorkshire Rose Emblem by needle felting wool fibres onto a piece of wool fabric and then hand sewing to attached it to the flat cap.
Made by Moon and originally sold by Marks and Spencer. Size Small 6 3/4 - 6 7/8.
Please be aware that this is a preloved item and is not new. It is in very good condition.
