Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
A6 thank you card featuring an image of a bear with a bouquet of flowers which has been coloured by hand. The image and sentiment 'Thanks a bunch' have been mounted onto lime green card and overlaid onto a purple and green background. The card has been embellished with purple paper flowers with a green pearl gem centre. The insert has been left blank for your own message.
The card measures approximately 15cm x 10.5 cm (6" x 4") and will arrive in a cellophane wrapper, with a white envelope.
Items purchased from Fluff Stuff Crafts will be posted first class via Royal Mail (estimated delivery 1 - 3 days).
Overseas delivery will be via Royal Mail's International Standard service (estimated delivery 3 - 5 working days for Europe and 5 - 7 working days for the rest of the world).
