Full description
This is a stained glass suncatcher handmade using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
The suncatcher is in the form of an oval picture of two full flowered bright yelow daisies.
The green leaves are cut from two types of bright green glass and the surround is clear glass with a gentle texture.
I've framed the picture in twisted wire for extra strength and neatness.
The suncatcher hangs from a little silver chain which is securely attached at the top by soldered rings.
I love this new floral design. It looks absolutely stunning hanging up in the light where it shines and the different textures of glass give it life and sparkle. It will surely bring a splash of colour wherever it is hung.
The suncatcher is oval, 15cm x 12.5cm.
It can hang anywhere, not just in a window but also against a wall and would make a super present and it is absolutely unique.
I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass.
