Looking through a vintage magazine I found this pattern and added a modern twist to it by using a modern speckled yarn.

Full description
A baby cardigan knitted in a soft acrylic yarn using a vintage pattern. The matinee jacket style is worked in garter stitch, has raglan sleeves, a round neck and fastens at the top with two buttons.
The yarn used has a speckled effect. The base colour is white with yellow, green, navy and turquoise speckles. It can be machine washed.
The pattern size is for a 3-6mth old and measures 48cm round the chest, 23cm in length and 15cm underarm sleeve length
