Full description
Imagine blowing soapy bubbles For this panel I've cut 14 bubbles from iridescent clear glass. They look as if they're squished together as they're blown, growing till they begin to float away. The iridescence shines pink and green in reflected light.
A deep blue softly rippled glass represents the sky.
A panel to make you smile and remind you of being a child.
Once cut the edges of each piece are ground then copperfoil stuck to all the pieces, placed together and soldered into place. To give a substantial weight and pleasing feel to the piece I have added a lead edge which is then soldered and cemented.
Hooks have been added for hanging this panel in your window.
