Clear, green and brown/red sea glass collected from Seaham beach, North East England.
What is sea glass I hear you ask? Treasure of the sea! Seaham is a world-renowned spot for hunting sea glass, thanks to the old glass factory on the coast. Glass tossed into the sea years ago has been tumbled by the waves, sand and rocks to make perfectly formed treasures of all shapes, sizes and colours.
I have become a little bit obsessed with beach combing for sea glass over the years and decided to combine this with my other passions - vulva art and feminism - to bring you this wee shop full of various framed sea ‘glart’. Each piece is unique - just like our vulvas.
