I wanted to combine my love of ceramics and macrame and bringing greenery into the home.
I have been experimenting with creating natural glazes using wood ash. The ash used in the creation of these beads was from an old ash tree that we had to have cut down. I wanted a way to preserve it in new forms.

Description
A beautiful handmade hanging basket, made using 100% pure cotton cord in dusty pink, with handmade ceramic beads and a natural wooden ring.
The beads were glazed with a natural recipe using wood ash from an Ash tree to provide a natural subtle green-grey colour. Please zoom into photos to see detail.
Handmade by myself in Wales.
Dimensions:
Height: 75 centimetres, to fit a range of pot sizes.
The pot shown in the photo is 14cm in diameter and 8cm high.
Materials:
Natural cotton cord, natural clay beads, wooden ring.
Please note - plants and plant pots in photos are not included.
